About Anna and the Class
This is an introduction class to different styles of dancing in a fun atmosphere, to get you moving and improve your fitness. The class normally has a 20 minute lesson in contemporary or street dance, as well as salsa and fitness based dancing. Improve your memory, meet new friends and increase your flexibility.
Anna belongs to multiple dance performance groups, and is a long time salsa teacher (over 10 years experience), and was with Rubicon Dance network for 2 years.
